An Alumni Interaction Session was conducted by Mr. Ajinkya Damle, Passionate Academician, Entrepreneur and Corporate Trainer from 2008-10 batch on 21 st February 2026 at KLS IMER. The topic of the session was “Investing in Yourself”.

Mr. Ajinkya Damle, has 14 years of Entrepreneurial and Academics experience. He has served in academic field as academic coordinator for BBA and MBA Departments and has interest in subjects of marketing, human resource and general management. He has rich Entrepreneurial experience in channel partner business (authorized distributor) for reputed companies like Perfetti Van Melle India Pvt Ltd, HUL, P&G, Society Tea and Vodafone India for Belgaum city and district and has been part of many corporate conferences on channel partner strategy and product distribution planning committees for various corporate houses. He is actively involved in conducting Corporate Training sessions and is presently working as visiting faculty in management institutes in Belagavi.

Mr. Ajinkya Spoke on Investing in oneself by developing ones personality and decision-making skills is one of the most valuable long-term investments an individual can make. A well-developed personality builds confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively, while strong decision-making enhances clarity, responsibility, and resilience in both personal and professional life. By consciously learning from experiences, reflecting on choices, and embracing continuous self-improvement, individuals become better equipped to face challenges, seize opportunities, and grow into thoughtful, confident leaders.

The session was highly interactive where students participated in activities involving the use of Miro Mind Mapping tool. They asked many questions and cleared their doubts on various aspect of the technique.

The session was coordinated by Mr. Rahul Mailcontractor under the guidance and leadership of Dr. Arif Shaikh, director, KLS IMER.
