We are pleased to announce the launch of the Industry Readiness Program, a collaborative initiative between KLS IMER and The Career Company. This program aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by equipping students with essential employability skills, including communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional etiquette.

In this introductory session, students had gained insights into the structure, objectives, and long-term benefits of the program. Representatives from The Career Company have outlined the learning outcomes and share real-world perspectives to help students prepare for successful corporate careers.
