About the Conference
About AC-HAIC 2027
The increasing integration of artificial intelligence into organisational and professional environments has transformed the relationship between humans and technology. Intelligent decision-support systems, automated workflows, emotion-aware technologies, and generative AI are influencing how people communicate, collaborate, learn, and perform their work.
A particularly important development is affective computing, which enables computational systems to recognise, interpret, and respond to human emotional states. Integrated with human–AI collaboration, these technologies have the potential to support more adaptive, responsive, and human-centred workplace environments.
However, intelligent technologies also raise critical questions concerning employee trust, emotional well-being, algorithmic fairness, privacy, workplace surveillance, accountability, human autonomy, and the changing nature of employment.
AC-HAIC 2027 is conceived as an international interdisciplinary platform to examine these developments. It brings together perspectives from computer science, information technology, management, human resource management, organisational behaviour, psychology, human–computer interaction, and related disciplines.
Through research presentations, scholarly discussions, and academic interactions, the conference aims to advance knowledge on how artificial intelligence can complement human capabilities and contribute to responsible, inclusive, and sustainable workplaces.
