IMER ORGANISES "SAMHITA 2017" - THE ALUMNI MEET

IMER organized SAMHITA 2017, the alumni meet on May 13th. 2017. Alumni from various batches from different parts of the state, Pune and Mumbai attended the meet. Alumni Achievers from various batches were felicitated for their professional achievements. Ms. Terence Vaz, General Manager (HR). MG Group, Mr. Lalit Jain (Founder Raj guru Group, Bijapur), Mr. Shankar Mulgund( Entrepreneur , Gadag) , and Mr. Viraj Nilajkar were among the alumni who were felicitated. Ms. Reshma Talikoti who has been selected by the KAS as a probationary officer was felicitated. The organisers also paid homage to two former faculty, an office staff and a student who had expired after the last alumni meet was held. Starting from May 10th, a series of interactions were held with alumni and students as part of alumni interaction series. Shri Rajendra Belgaumkar, Chairman GC, KLS IMER was the president of the meet. Dr. P.M.Charantimath welcomed the alumni and Dr.Kirti Shivakumar briefed the gathering about the alumni meet. Mr. Ameet Kulkarni proposed the vote of thanks. Dr. Kirti Shivakumar and Mr. Ameet Kulkarni organized the meet with the support of the first year MBA students. The students also organized a cultural programme and some games for their alumni.
